Access incident log, tickets, and agent tools under /mock/ and /agent/.
/admin/ uses the same sign-in: you need a user with role = admin (then open Admin from the app home or bookmark /admin/index.php).
Demo: agent@mock.up / agent123 (migration 023). Admin user is typically admin@example.com / admin123 when that seed hash is present; otherwise set a password under /admin/user-edit.php or in SQLite.
